Agreement to terms
PSN.GG ("we", "our", or "the site") is operated by PSN.GG (LLC), a Nevada limited liability company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Rebirthed Group. By accessing the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
PSN.GG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment, PlayStation, PSN, or any of their subsidiaries. "PlayStation" and "PSN" are trademarks of their respective owners; we use them descriptively.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the site with a parent or guardian's consent. We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.
Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate votes, or boost rankings will result in all accounts being banned.
- Linking a PSN ID via the "About Me" verification process asserts that you are the owner of that PSN account. False linking may result in permanent ban.
- You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. Some content (forum posts) may persist after deletion in anonymized form, per our Privacy Policy.
Posts, guides, and submissions
You retain ownership of content you post on PSN.GG (forum posts, trophy guides, comments). By posting, you grant PSN.GG (LLC) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the site.
Prohibited content is enumerated in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate it, at our sole discretion.
Memberships and ads
Payments are processed by third parties (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce, or BTCPay Server). We do not store full card numbers. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled from your account billing page. Refunds for memberships are evaluated case-by-case; chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Advertising spend is governed additionally by our Ads Policy.
Suspension and ban
We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
"As is" service
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data we surface from third parties (including Sony's PSN APIs) is accurate or up to date.
Cap on damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSN.GG (LLC)'s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through PSN.GG support shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
